I have been selling real estate in the Kawarthas and Lakefield for over 35 years. In 2002, I joined Royal LePage Frank Real Estate and opened our office in Lakefield. I truly enjoy showing property and personally working with Buyers. My enthusiasm for the properties I show translates well to them. I believe you must understand the type of real estate you sell to properly serve both Buyers and Sellers. I understand it because I live and work here. It is easy to sell a lifestyle that you not only live but love.
Since moving to the Lakefield area over 45 years ago, I have lived in the countryside, in the Village and on the water, which enables me to speak personally about lakeside living and Lakefield waterfront real estate. This, combined with my extensive real estate experience provides me with a uniquely personal and professional perspective which has led to a truly enjoyable, successful career.
